Nutrition Lab: Part 2—Nutrition Reflection Chart
The Nutrition Lab consists of Part 1: Journal (using Excel Spreadsheet provided) and Part 2: Reflection Chart (see below).
Part 1: Nutrition Journal (5 marks)
Use the Nutrition Journal (Excel sheet provided) to track what and when you eat for the next six days. This will include everything you consume (i.e., water and other drinks, all meals and snacks). You do not have to track the amount. TIP: Write everything on paper first and then fill in the Excel sheet each. All content must be complete, written simply and with examples and additional learning material. Opportunities for practice is also important
Part 2: Nutrition Reflection Chart(15 marks)
After reviewing and reflecting on Part 1: Nutrition Journal (6-day tracking), complete this expandable Chart below. Reflect on the following questions as a guide: . As you review your nutritional habits, you need to think about some of the following questions:
Chart needs to write 6 sentences at least for each and also answer the all questions (6) above.(2-3 sentences each).
