•Why do you choose this case company and this theme/topic? For example, what were the reasons (problems, strategic objectives, etc.) that motivated you to select the case company’ specific issues?
•How do the practices related to the theme/topic you have selected work to improve the firm performance (For example, functional, operational, financial etc.)?
•What more should the case company do to improve its performance further?
•How would the current developments such as digital technologies influence the practices relevant to the topic you have selected?

•What were the measurable benefits (for example, 20% inventory level reduction)?

•What more should the case company do to improve its performance further?
•How would the current developments such as use of IS with integration of digital technologies influence the practices relevant to the topic you have selected?
•15% General writing and formatting
•1,200 words ±10% excluding figure/table/appendix/reference list
•Concision, clarity, spelling and grammar checked, proper referencing if any
•12 points font size, 1.5 line spacing
